Sausage and Mushroom Puffs

Ingredients

 

Sausage meat or sausages pushed out of their skins

Onions

2 cloves of garlic

Herbs - mixed Italian will do

Ready made puff pastry

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Part cook the sausage meat with sliced mushrooms, garlic and herbs.

Roll the pastry into a rectangle shape place the mixture on the side and fold the pastry over so that the filling is in the middle of the wrapped parcel.

Bake in the oven until lightly brown.
